Original WWII German Militar Modell Prismen Binokel Binoculars & Leather Case

Very unique pair of binoculars that were brought back by a US veteran after WWII. The binoculars are stamped Militar Modell 1798 on one side and Prismen Binokel 8x on the opposite side. I did not find any other identification marks. The binoculars have no dings, dents, cracks, chips or repairs. Optics are nice and clear. The leather strap on the binoculars has no broken areas or repairs. The binoculars measure approx 4 1/2 inches tall and approx 5 inches from side to side. The leather case is missing the shoulder strap and a piece of the locking clasp on front of the case is partially missing. I did not see any identification marks on the case. Has been stored inside of a room temperature environment. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. Shipping and handling is .90 within the United States only.
