WW II German Army GM24 Gasmaske - PANZER GAS MASK HOSE & CANISTER - VERY RARE!

You are bidding on a SUPERB example of a WW2 German Wehrmacht Heer / Luftwaffe GM24 Gas Mask Cannister and Hose!
These masks were issued to all personnel throughout WW2inthe early stages.  The hose by itself was also used by Panzer Tanks Crews.
With the development of poisonous gases used as offensive weapons throughout WW1, appropriate defensive gasmasks had to be developed.
The early M1915 and 1917 gasmasks evolved into the M24, and eventually into the M30 and M38 versions.
All German Army and Airforce personnel were issued a gas mask, carry canister and accessories, and were required to have them ready at all times.
Made of rubber, aluminum, and steel, this GM24
Gas Mask Canister and Hose are in EXCELLENT used condition!  Some slight marks, and wear, but nothing that detracts.  Markings are very legible, and they retain 90% of the original finish!
.  The hose is still flexible with no tears or damage, however some of the threads are missing from the gas mask attachment side (see photos).
Some wear and dents due to the age.  The mask shown is NOT part of the listing, and is just for reference (this is also not the correct mask for this set-up).  I have shown it in use in the last photos.  W
ould make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
