  • Condition: This pre-owned WWII German Saddle Bag has light wear and some scuff marks, but no serious damage. ~ Most of my photo were taken while the bag was stuffed with wadded-up newspapers (to make it appear as full). ~ The last picture is without any stuffing, and shows the longer center strap as trimmed down to the last remaining hole.

    Description

    ......  "jkh 41", are the stamped leather markings, on this vintage used  WWII GERMAN CAVALRY LEATHER SADDLE BAG, from about 1941.  ~  At least one website identified this logo as the German maker Carl Busse.
    ......  My photos show the exact item that you are getting, and are a major part of my description.  ~   The "pebble grain" leather military saddle bag measures about 15" tall x 10" wide x 6" deep, and has  two sizes of deep covered pockets, leather straps, plated metal  buckles, and a riveted-on steel piece with the logo "oLc".
